I cannot recommend this place enough! Finding a trustworthy auto-repair shop is always a daunting task, but Joe and his team have been so wonderful on so many levels.
About 4yrs ago my 2010 Impreza needed a new transmission. It takes some time to fully go out so I took it to at least 5 different shops that others had recommended, including the dealership, the cost was way out of my budget. I got on Yelp and called the shop with the best reviews and that was BWT. Right over the phone Joe gave me the best quote out of anybody. Done!
I've had a few "pricier" things go wrong on my car but I know I'm always getting a fair price when I come here. As well as good advice and great customer service!!
They are not afraid to keep it real and tell it like it is but you can tell it is 100% for your best interests and not theirs. From recommending body shops to advice on whether I should keep or sell, they always remember who I am when I call and they have never steered me wrong. 10/10

I can't say enough about Belmont Watertown Transmission. I had needed an oil change and 30k tune-up for my Mazda and was anxious about having my car maintained during the COVID-19 crisis. I found this place due to great reviews on yelp and they are all correct! Joe is great and I was able to get my car serviced all within a few hours of bringing it in. Quick, clean service and prices are reasonable! Highly recommend.
